UEFA Champions League: Paris Saint-Germain Vs Manchester United Match Preview And Prediction.

As the Group stage action in this season's UEFA Champions League gets underway. One of the exciting fixture we look forward to in Group H as Manchester United travels to the French capital to face Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday 20th of October.

Paris Saint-Germain missed out of the Champions League glory last season, with a 1-0 loss to Bayern Munich in the finals. Though they had little time to recover before the beginning of the season, their 5th successive victory in the french topflight following a difficult start came after they defeated Nimes 4-0 away from home on the weekend.

Paris Saint-Germain have beaten Metz and Angers at home and also defeated Nice, Reims and Nimes away from home. They have also scored at least 2 goals in each of their last 4 matches. Paris Saint-Germain have won 8 of their 11 most recent matches in the Champions League. They have also scored 2 or more goals in 5 of their last 7 champions League, winning by 2 or more goals in 3 of their last 6 matches in the competition.

Manchester United will be facing their toughest group stage fixture yet in this season's competition. They didn't start their season on a bright note, losing 2 games out of their 4 opening league's fixtures so far but their 4-1 victory against Newcastle on the weekend should boost their confidence going into the clash with Paris Saint-Germain.

Manchester United have proven that they can score goals, judging from their previous league fixtures. They have found the back of the net at least 3 times in each 4 of their last 5 games in all competitions.

Paris Saint-Germain have a significant injury list including Danilo Pereira, Juan Bernat, Leandro Paredes, Marquinhos, Mario Icardi and Thilo Kehrer. Kylian Mbappe and Neymar should start in attack as Julian Draxler and Marco Verratti are doubts.

Manchester United travel without Edinson Cavani and Axel Tuanzebe is a doubt, Harry Maguire and Mason Greenwood will also be absent. Alex Telles could make is first start for the club, while Donny Van De Beek is expected to be in the stating XI.

PREDICTION: PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN SHOULD TAKE THE MAXIMUM 3 POINTS AND I FANCY BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE.
